We barely faced some delays on vacations. But it was not as much as I can name it as something that I dislike.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using an autodialer application on the Squaretalk platform. The most impressive benefit so far is the ratio setting for the dialer. With this property, we are able to increase the successful conversation count by %50.
