What do you like best?

It is easy to use and accessibility , Tailored Content Management is better sales representatives can easily be able to present to their clients whenever and wherever. It is also very interactive when using it.

What do you dislike?

You need to train your sales representatives well before they can start using it as no matter how good the platform is, if the reps don't understand the content then it will be a challenge. .

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is the best for sales representatives in pharmaceutical industry or other industry that uses sales reps. The platform also supports different operating systems so one don't have to worry about functionalities on different platform and it can be used offline as well

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For Customer Engagement and used by sales representatives and it becomes easier to explain to clients with the uploaded content on the platform with any device. Benefits include; can be used at any place in the world, availability of very interactive content, content was developed and tailored for specific client base, very good analytics available i.e there is a feature that the management can be able to evaluate the sales representative and client interactions. There is calendar plan where the sales rep would have a plan for the week. When it comes to support, their technical team is very supportive and always available. And for usage it can be used both online and offline, so customers won't have to worry on operating on areas with internet connectivity.
