Enable Your Future

What do you like best?

Mediafly is a platform that empowers all areas of the company to think about how they engage with content for external or internal use cases. They are a fantastic partner when it comes to new ideas, issue resolution or just forward-thinking discussions. They do not push agendas or additional add-on's but instead communicate in the 'what's possible' view helping a company make the decision themselves.

What do you dislike?

They are very fast to develop and pressure testing new features they come out with at times seems a bit rushed or not from their customer's view. In addition there are a few historical features that either need a leapfrog forward or just taken down. Otherwise they are AWESOME

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We have tried 2 other tools in this space on the market and as a large global manufacturing company I can say that Mediafly is the best option for MORE THAN just a sales enablement or content management tool. They have extended capabilities and feature development that is/will continue to evolve this space in a way that will require their competitors to attempt to keep up with Mediafly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

To many content storage locations; no global standardized platform with enhanced user functionality for visibility; building a future state with our strategic customers/vendors; dealing with duplicity of documents; dealing with outdated documents; understanding what content is being utilized in a deeper fashion.
