Pulsar answers everything that customers ask withing seconds, including inventory questions, both via Email and SMS, and drives conversations to goals such as scheduling appointments, calls, or test drives. The software is fully configurable according to the dealer preferences, including answer edits. It directly schedules appointments into CRM, updates leads, and notifies the sales team. It takes an average of six follow-up messages to engage a customer – Pulsar does it for every lead, regardless of the volume. 100% of it works from the CRM; there are no changes in the current dealership sales process. Pulsar is great software that allows you to maintain contact with your customers

What do you like best?

i really like the way pulsar works. i like that you can set up some procedures and functions and the software will answer the customers questions or direct them to a team member or a location on our website immediately. the software maintains contact with our customers and allows us to diligently follow up with them.

What do you dislike?

We were missing a couple of features in the beginning, for instance, if we marked the customer lost in our CRM, the software did not pick up on that, but that is fixed now.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pulsar allows us to maintain contact with our customers, regardless if the customer is responding or not. The software helps us ensure customers don't fall thru the cracks. People would tend to stop contacting the customer because the customer did not respond. The software continues long after people would give up.
