By providing every employee with the exact information they need to handle any scenario, employees can be confident in their abilities from day one on the job. Exactly what I've been looking for

What do you like best?

The speed of the application makes for very fluid development, this is a great asset to my workflow. I've even taken to using it for more than just work applications, being able to model ideas in both my personal life, and plot out difficult decisions is a real game changer.

The ability to download your entire flow into an offline document for access via a browser is also phenomenal. You have that peace of mind should anything ever go wrong that you have a backup with an airgap, but also just being able to parse through your processes when you don't have an internet connection is also incredible.

Their customer service is excellent to boot! Definitely one of my favourite products at the moment.

What do you dislike?

The number of shapes/colours are limited, and there are a handful of other limitations, however it seems that the design is intentionally minimalist. Perhaps that's actually a strength in many respects, as the barrier to entry is very small. However, I feel that perhaps further tools/features for power users would make the product next level.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out, if it hasn't helped in a month or two, then you know. But it's really worth it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for web development, writing logic maps, research planning, breaking down ideas, just about everything really!
