What do you like best?

I am extremely impressed with how well the platform transcribes language that is not always easy to decipher in person

What do you dislike?

There could be improvements in the editing process. It can definitely be much easier to string videos together with smoother transitions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Overall, its a great platform that helps us better sort and organize videos that we get through quantitative research. We are able to easily sort through a ton of footage to easily find clips that are helpful for analysis.

The only problem is the editing process which could be improved. Many times when I am editing, the transitions are not smooth and they cut part of the speech without an easy way to fix it on the spot. Instead I have to re-download videos and start from scratch if I accidentally cut some speech.
