What do you like best?
I love that my team and I can collaborate together on the best processes for onboarding new hires, closing new customers, executing renewals, etc. It's process documentation and process automation - all in the same tool.
What do you dislike?
I'm looking forward to Macro adding more in depth analytics around our past processes. It's a bit limited today but I think they're working on improvements here

There are a few key problems we use Macro to solve
- clearly documenting our team's different processes
- assigning new work to teammates as we hire new folks, sign up new customers, etc and need to run our processes
- tracking what work is happening across the company
