What do you like best?

I love the ability to find a vast swath of information easily. It's incredibly nice to get in touch with different department knowledge without explicitly reaching out to someone to ask a menial question. I also love that I can create documents directly in the software and edit when I need to instead of exporting, editing in a different software program, saving, and then reimporting. I also appreciate that I can link directly into the editable documents and allow my team to directly download.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything I dislike with the software. It has worked extremely well for our team. Maybe the only thing would be cross-platform integrations and including more software options that we can link between and create a more comprehensive connected library for our team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have a ton of information that is not congregated in one succinct place, definitely use this platform. It's so nice to be able to search for information on a huge variety of topics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the issue of onboarding new hires more easily. It's difficult to know what we don't have record of until someone asks for it and there are only a select few individuals who actually know the information needed. Tribal knowledge is only good for so long - there needs to be a written record so that any newcomer could become familiar quickly and efficiently with our internal processes and systems across the board.
