If I had to describe Tettra in one word it would be Easy

What do you like best?

If I had to describe Tettra in a single word it would be "Easy", its ease of configuration and use is something quite surprising, the fact that it does not require complex configuration processes to be able to use this application is quite practical, its The interface has a fairly user-friendly design which facilitates their learning, in a short period of time we are already experts using this application, the fact that allows us to create a database of information in a collaborative and simple way about the projects or information necessary to carry out a fairly complete and comprehensive approach to the activities that must be carried out within the company by our work team, the speed with which your customer service team responds to any questions or existing problems is something quite surprising.

What do you dislike?

It presents some small errors like any application that make us unable to use the application for a few minutes while we wait for a response from the customer service team, however we have not experienced any other difficulties or problems when using Tettra. Another thing that is quite problematic is the fact that, despite the fact that the customer service team responds fairly quickly when a problem occurs, they have an established service hours and if a problem occurs outside of office hours you have to wait until the next business day to get a satisfactory answer.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been being of great help to us to collect data in a more complete and simple way about different activities and projects carried out in the company, in such a way that they serve as support to carry out subsequent tasks where the data obtained can be of help to us to solve the problems presented (since we already have the solution entered in the system because someone has already documented it previously), its use is quite fluid which allows us all within the company to have access to information quickly and immediately.
