Powerful platform, responsive CSMs
What do you like best?
What I like best about Metadata is that the platform is super easy to use. I also think that the data enrichment is helpful for gathering contact info when they submit a form with their personal info or LinkedIn email. The reporting piece is helpful to review the success of all of our past and current campaigns. It helps us determine what types of campaigns we should be running for our target audiences. Our CSM is also very responsive and answers our questions immediately. She provides solutions/advice that we don't think about on our own, so it is nice to get an outsider's perspective. We benefit by using Metadata creative services as we do not have an in-house designer, so it is helpful for us to not have to worry about ad creation.
What do you dislike?
The biggest issue we run into is updating audiences when our campaigns are currently running. Our organization often has companies drop out of our target audience based on the current market, and it is difficult to change out audiences mid-campaign due to the learning phase without using a lot of additional ad spend. We also have issues integrating our lists because of the way our Salesforce is set up internally, so more flexible integration based on fields would be beneficial for us.

If you need an easy-to-use, all-in-one platform for managing LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, and display network ads, Metadata is perfect for this!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Capturing our target audience's attention, getting them into the next stage of our sales funnel (awareness to engagement). Learning who is engaging with our ads and who we could better target. Being able to retarget and market to leads who have engaged with us.
