What do you like best?

Quick mass deletion of unneeded Articles. Ability to act on multiple files at once. Saved formatting. I'm not sure that the authors of this survey know or understand what MasterWorks is or does. It is almost impossible to reveiw MasterWorks without including a review of MasterSpec, the data files which MasterWorks is designed to work with.

What do you dislike?

For all that I said above, the formatting does not always work consistently. More intelligence in the interface would be great, i.e., if when an item was deleted from Part II, the corresponding information would be automatically deleted from Part I and Part III. Updates to the data are not easy to coordinate or keep track of.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Gives a standard product, recognized industry-wide, with the MasterSpec language. Ease of manually editing the output to customize documents. Compared to other alternatives, the output CAN be adjusted and modified by my clients without them having the software licensed to their location.
