CDP with great identity resolution
What do you like best?
Have been using the product for creating a single view of all our prospects coming from different channels. Have successfully integrated our CRM, marketing automation and analytics and BI engine as well. Very impressed with identity resolution module available within the platform. We have hit near to 95% match rates with IR. The CDP allows us to build custom attributes over and above existing attributes that become available through internal and maroon's data cloud
What do you dislike?
The predictive capabilities are human centric and the delay in creating new models can be a slight nuisance given most our campaigns are near real time. Also the team needs to build better visibility on use cases that can be used as reference.
