Great platform - bring leads into our CRM platform
What do you like best?
Ease of use and easy functionality with leads falling into our CRM platform. We currently have the tool connected through our performance marketing team, and it ties in with our chosen CRM tool - Hubspot.
I also like the fact that you can see the data quite clearly, and it is easily digestible. I would like to think I work well, and regularly with my manager to go through these contacts and ensure they are suitable for the comms we are sending them (more on this in the dislikes section) - but overall, it is pretty easy to follow, understand and use as a tool.
What do you dislike?
Difficult to filter externally with these leads. Also the platform is functional with our chosen Customer Relationship Marketing system but I think it could be made easier to integrate the tools. They do integrate directly through Hubspot, but we have had to do this through downloading a file and doing this previously. I would suggest creating a more easy system where leads/contacts can be imported directly from one platform to another however I am unsure if this is even possible, but just my suggestion!
The dislikes are very interchangeable, and sometimes the quality of what we capture I feel doesn't feel suited. However, this may be an issue that we are just facing here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, it's simple and easy to integrate too! I would recommend it as a tool as it's relatively simplistic to understand and can be used by a range of users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem is lead capture, we are solving this through the use of Madison Logic. Benefits = easy to connect with our crm tool, Hubspot.
other benefits include capturing contacts and information on contacts that we may not have had previously.
