Incredible does not adequately describe my thoughts of the Linked Helper application.
What do you like best?
I have been using the Linked Helper solution for several years. I started off using the tool as a Google Chrome extension offered through the chrome store. I then moved over to their downloadable Chrome extension which required browser integration. Most recently I migrated over to the Linked Helper 2 platform. I share this to communicate that I have not only been a customer for quite a while, but I have also watched the platform iterate and reiterate over that time.
Simply stated, this solution has singlehandedly revolutionized the way in which I prospect for business. Roughly 70-90% of my outbound prospecting activities are delivered to me automatically through the campaigns I have designed through Linked Helper. I simply turn on the system when I need more prospects and turn it off when I have more business than I can handle. It is quite literally a "prospecting firehose" allowing me to precisely target my prospects, generate interest in our products and services, and create warm introductions to leads. In fairness, the learning curve is noticeable. Further, there is some amount of "hand holding" involved to ensure that you are managing outreach and messages to prospects accordingly. That said, that amount of work required to sustain consistent and relevant messaging pales in comparison to the work effort to perform this networking and messaging manually. There is simply no comparison.
Lastly, the Linked Helper team has been simply amazing. I find that I am never waiting more than 5 minutes (seemingly at any hour of the day) when I need a response to a question or challenge. The team is incredibly responsive and I've grown to consider them friends and partners in my business.
I couldn't recommend this solution any more highly and strongly encourage (if not implore you) to download the application and try it. If you invest the time to get the system working for you, it will pay dividends for years to come.
What do you dislike?
As you can see from my earlier commentary, I have high praise for the Linked Helper solution. If I were to offer any criticism of the solution whatsoever, it would be in the updating process of the application. I find that the application is continually auto-downloading updates (which is actually a good thing when you think about it). Once a download has completed, the user is forced to restart the solution to utilize the update and relaunch applicable campaigns. It might be nice to 1) configure the solution to download updates on a user defined schedule and 2) offer clearer update summaries to inform the user of new features and services. Aside from that, I have zero complaints.

Linked Helper is a sales and marketing professional's best friend. This solution has entirely changed my methods of prospecting and account discovery. Notably, a conversation scheduled through LinkedIn (through the Linked Helper campaigns) are warm, inviting, and engaging. Let's face it, sales people don't like making cold calls and prospects don't like receiving them. Linked Helper removes ALL of that frustration leading to natural and fun conversations with prospects ideally suited for the products and services we offer. Knowing what I know now, I simply could not sell as effectively as I do without this hidden weapon in my back pocket.
