What do you like best?

This database is a great concept for keeping providers updated on in network partucipatibg providers and their services and specialties. It helps patients ensure they are gettibg the best out of their insurance coverage.

What do you dislike?

It is a difficult process to remove things once they are already a part of your provider profile. When a provider stops using an address or if a practice group nane is incorre t it is a tedious process to revise it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to easily look up participation prior to creating a referral. We can I'm sure a patient is seeing a covered doctor who is the correct specialty. We can also make sure they can cater to any special needs such as language preference or disability.
