Waste of money!

What do you like best?

Ability to find eligibility of patient's insurance (but limited insurance companies)

What do you dislike?

Missed claims, no notification of rejected claims, difficult to navigate, NO response to requests for assistance, unable to use more diagnostic codes on claims, rejected claims for "duplicate codes" when patient has SAME diagnosis; NOT using software, being billed during COVID-19!
