Advanced user of HSP Payer SuiteHSP is really well organized software which provides a clear view for our incoming claims. There're so many useful sessions such as Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Providers that help us easily navigate our need. Besides, it contains all the historical/current data such as Procedure Codes which facilitates our workflow when we need those info.
HSP is relatively complicated software which I need to take days to understand where the data lives. Besides, its display window is always not compatible/fit to my screen, which makes me have to adjust the display window by myself. In other word, it takes me extra time to work on something irrelevant to my work.
I hope HSP will provide a web-version which can be accessed by staff who need to view claims/members/procedure-code etc. The easy way for our staff to view a claim info will be click a url link and get directed to a web browser.
We are using HSP to pay for claims. And with this system, our company is complying with the state regulation and our staff is beneficial from working with HSP such as productivity will be improved.
