What do you like best?

We like Waystar as it is easy to use for verifications and reports. Example - when using for checking for active insurance coverage - will have results almost instantaneous.

What do you dislike?

limitations on insurance payor information, i.e., company who handles some of the insurance so will show that patient is covered, but does not give the accurate account info for the account such as forward health / BadgerCare is approved, but the company/ payor and insurance that needs to be loaded is actually a Security Health medicaid product...

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great product - we use it daily... we just need to be aware of the limitations. This resource will improve and continue to expand over time / with use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems: identifying correct payors and which companies are loaded / others that are not. Benefits: having one place to verify - MOST of the insurance coverages through. Convenience is a big plus.
