Great insights working with Leadinfo.

What do you like best?

We are getting insight into lead behavior and how they use our website and tools. We must know how our users navigate the website and if they can find the information they need. Everything is structured, and the software is easy to use. We converted our first lead to a customer in the first week. The webinar where they talked about converting leads to customers was beneficial. The software is easy to connect to our CRM and marketing programs, and everything is easy to integrate with daily tasks.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike, but they should make it a little more clear how the payment model works, especially when picking the right package. We value the screen recorded videos of the users of our website very much, and we were a little disappointed that this function is not in the main package and sold separately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

At least try the 14-day trial. Using the trial has made us using the services for the following year.

We use Leadinfo to get more insight d our lead behavior and what kind of information they want to see using our website. The way they are using our tools as well. We are confident in contacting them, asking them questions about the usability of our website. Because we put many resources into our marketing campaign, we experience the value in all the information Leadinfo gives us. Working with Leadinfo is very beneficial for our contact with leads.
