A great piece of motivational software for any sized team

What do you like best?

The software engages and motivates the teams through gamification with cool Ninjas! This allows the teams to feel like they achieve something through leveling up. The team are fantastic and care a lot about their customer's success.

What do you dislike?

Like any startup, there's lumps and bumps along the road but nothing that isn't fixed as soon as possible. Their developers often fix issues within minutes of them being reported.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Join in now with the team before this blows up, it's got the power to be something huge!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Kaizo allowed us to tailor the points agents earn towards our business goals, as a gentle encouragement to focus on certain areas. This has lead to more tickets solved, better CSAT amongst other metrics.
