When you work retail there are so many products/prices to keep track of so having this is a big help! It really increases your customer service experience with customers and I believe this can help increase your company's sales over time.

We used this product to help eliminate pricing discrepancies when helping customers purchase products. The ease of use was extremely helpful. When I worked at Dick's all you needed to do was put the bar code underneath the scanner and it automatically gave the customer and myself the correct pricing; customers did not argue the price. I also liked how you could search additional products available in different stores because sometimes customers needed a different product; this increased our customer service and I believe this helped increased Dick's sales.
