Not user friendly!

What do you like best?

The system would constantly crash during sales and take forever to reload back up. Also not a lot of reporting that could be found. Need more English language.

What do you dislike?

It's a French system, so most of the time it would shut off and we couldn't even understand why..the system would crash and there's no easy way to input sales

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Find another system unless you are fluent in french

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The commission reports are good, but they need to put a lock on for management only
