Performance review made easy to follow up

What do you like best?

1;1s are easy to follow. Also, preparing for your 1:1s, as they make you go through your goals and tasks before yo have your 1:1 with you manager. I like that they don't use scores and that you can assign accountability to your tasks by finding ways to define when you are behind, ahead or on track.

It's integarted with google calendars so as soon as you schedule a 1:1 you will see it in your calendar

What do you dislike?

I would like to receive email notifications when it's time for the quarterly 1:1 or when I have to review my goals,etc

Recommendations to others considering the product:

work on email notifications.

Also, you could change the colors of your ahead, behind and on track icons. Since you changed the name and logo of your brand, it now looks weird to keep the Opa colors
