Advanced user of GuruI like the idea of bite-sized pieces of information as they are more easily digestible. We haven't added all our tips as cards yet, but I've had the chance to add all the questions I get asked frequently, and it's so easy to just refer them to a card so they get into the habit of searching in Guru.
Haven't fully explored the limitations of the tags, but I was told that the tagging system is set to an AND rule. Meaning, the more tags we add, the harder it is to be found on search. Might be best to set this to an OR rule.
Instead of having to answer questions directly addressed to me, I refer my teammates to a card. our team's transition is done by batch, but I forsee this as having a great impact on the time spent asking team members questions, and getting answers. Once all our resources are added on Guru as a card, this will make operational processes more seamless & up to date.
