What do you like best?

My favourite feature in Groove is automatic responses. A business that gets many help requests and requires an instantaneous response can write automatic responses and pull them out to answer the same question repeatedly.

What do you dislike?

Upon managing too many support requests, it might be hard to locate particular requests when required instantly, especially for closed support tickets.
