Simple and to the point

What do you like best?

The staff at Outpost are super responsive; any time I have had questions, they have always responded promptly. I also requested a feature be considered, and they pushed to make it available in their next update, which helped myself and my team as well.

What do you dislike?

There are still some features that for me are missing, for example, being able to sort messages into folders not just tags. Perhaps it's a personal preference, but I prefer to have my main inbox clear when projects are in the works and this way I could better organize tags and some sub-tags (folders/sub-folders) for certain topics.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Outpost to manage a shared email account for one of my company's outreach program. It has definitely helped minimize the back and forth and messiness of forwarding emails and internal discussions are right there with the email history.
