What do you like best?

The one thing that I liked the best about dialogflow is its ability to create intuitive chatbots without having to write codes. It's inherit capability to train the agent based on Machine Learning algo is simply mind blowing. To top it all the FAQ based agents are simply icing on the cake.

What do you dislike?

It get's a little overwhelming when it comes to creating a google assistant using the chatbot. Hence, a simple approach may be helpful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to create impressive and immersive chatbot experience Google Dialgoflow is the framework that you should work on. Especially for professionals like me who are not too much into coding yet want to create and implement AI based solution with low effort.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am an advanced analytics trainer and consultant not always I have time to answer basic questions of my clients and trainees, unless something is on fire. Hence, I am developing multiple bots to help analytics related questions or simple FAQ based agents to tackle few queries and situations on my behlaf.
