Good system for smaller organizations

What do you like best?

With gethired, it's easy to quickly post jobs and screen through resumes a small number of resumes.

What do you dislike?

It is not designed for large organizations. More filters will be great to expand search options.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Recruitment. Because gethired is cloud-based, I don't have to be at my client's office to complete their recruitment process. It's easy to use, especially for beginners and cheap to implement—an excellent system for small businesses.
