EvaluAgent is a game changer!

What do you like best?

We searched the entire marketplace of platforms for our business and EvaluAgent is a clear cut above. It is a complete and intuitive tool that provides us with everything we need to engage both our leaders and associates in the coaching and quality process. EvaluAgent was easy to customize to the specifics of our business and is easy to modify as our needs evolve. It is not limited to QA only but allows coaching and feedback in any area. Customizable reporting allows us to easily identify key training opportunities and the agents who need it most. Michelle has been a fantastic partner, providing great support and flexibility through the process. Great support from Reg and the rest of the team as well. We are incredibly happy with our decision to make EvaluAgent a key part of our business.

What do you dislike?

I really haven't found anything I don't like about it. The team has been widely open to feedback and implementing changes to improve the platform, so any concerns we have identified have been addressed.
