A simple interface with advanced features and integrations

What do you like best?

We were looking for a solution to create a website widget and a FB messenger chatbot while integrating with the current tools we use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We were able to really quickly set up and connect the chatbot on our website. Also, the platform is integrated with our CRM, which is the most important thing for us. I like that the platform is very flexible. The team can add custom integrations and features if needed.

What do you dislike?

There is no mobile app, which would be a great plus to have. And the product is on the more expensive side.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to reduce our customer service load, and better qualify leads. The chatbot helps us with the customer education and pre-call qualification, so our sales reps wouldn't spend too much time on irrelevant leads.
