A company that is behind times and does not honor its customer commitments

What do you like best?

They were KCS certified for knowledge management

What do you dislike?

Their customer response and they promised the world to their customers and then went in different directions. They basically lied to their customers in order to gain the business then they abandoned them

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We went to them for a knowledge database. We never realized the savings as we were never able to get the system to work correctly and they made it such that our version could not be customer facing.
