What do you like best?

It's the standard because it's the best. The interface is clear and concise and well-organized. It's easy to figure out how to get around, to locate your documents, and to keep things organized. The workflow is intelligent, and it's solid. I've been a fan for a while, and finally decided to subscribe just this week because I need the product and the price is right.

What do you dislike?

There are a handful of actions and processes that are not exactly intuitive or easy to use. It wasn't clear how I was supposed to sign or counter-sign my own document initially, and I had to do a little trial and error before I could figure out how to get everything lined up and completed. I would love for this to be faster and more idiot-proof, so I can focus on the content and making sure everything is lined up perfectly. But otherwise, everything works great and it's a joy to use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend a little time with it before you start distributing contracts. You want to make sure everything is set up correctly before you put it to work in a business/legal context. But once you get it going, it's a great product and straightforward to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contracts are not exactly a standard in my business. So it really helps to be able to do everything from a complex contract to a simple one page agreement and to have the workflow of getting it uploaded, sent to the people who need to sign it, counter-signed (usually by me), and then circulated as a completed and signed document. DocuSign does all of this better than any other program I've used. That's why I've made it my standard.
