What do you like best?

It has allowed me to solve problems related to the identity verification of my clients when making an online sale, since it allows me to receive digital signatures through its interface, which is very useful when I want to confirm the signature that they made at the time of making the purchase with the physical signature that they give me when I deliver the merchandise in order to avoid any type of problems or misunderstandings, in addition, its interface is quite easy to use which allows me to perform my functions without any kind of inconvenience

What do you dislike?

None, this tool has helped me a lot and I don't have to complain about it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly it has been helping me to improve the security of my sales by allowing me to request digital signatures from my clients when they want to make a sale, so that I can have a digital backup that they did indeed make that purchase.
