Transformative Solution for Application-Reliant Businesses

What do you like best?

AdobeSign gives us the flexibility to create truly customized forms for all our different products, including web forms we can put on our website and include in email templates from within our CRM. This allows us to reach many more customers than our previous solution, and in a number of different ways we've still fully yet to utilize.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much to dislike about AdobeSign, as we can truly make it our own. One complaint I have is that I don't seem to have the option to control which email address the webforms go back to once signed, as they currently only go back to the creator of the document.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Adobe Sign allows us to create 100% customized documents, control required vs. optional fields, and create both webform and PDF versions of all our documents. This allows us to be creative with the ways we send applications to existing customers and prospects who may be interested in our offerings.
