Advanced user of DDMSPLUSI love that its SQL based where as what they had before was dbf based. I like the new opus toolbox that puts opus related things right in one area. So much better. I like that its all web-based via rdp connection.
They still have things in graphical ddms that just kick you to text based ddms. Need to program out in graphical. Support reps are still learning the system so can't expect them to know a lot...and they don't. I really wish Eci would go back to supporting parallels instead of forcing RDP but RDP does work.
It has helped with Pci compliance. Legacy does not support credit card tokens so you have to store your customers credit card data within ddms. PLUS is so much more secure.
