Highly responsive and tailored automated assistant to fill in gaps in the Sales process

What do you like best?

The assistant uses realistic language and highly tuned conversational skills to respond to incoming leads quickly and effectively. We see a much higher response rate when we are able to quickly reach out in a more personal manner and a better campaign follow-up when we use Conversica with our engaged leads.

What do you dislike?

Some of the aspects of creating conversations are a bit less flexible than we would like. There are also a few obvious features such as long term follow-up and customized subject lines that are missing from the current platform version. I know that these are features that are in development though.

Use the Conversica team to help customize your conversations. They are very helpful and open to development requests

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had leads that were growing cold while our sales team was working on closing opportunities and it was often difficult for our smaller team to interact with as many leads as we would like on a daily basis. With Conversica, the automated assistant engages with leads while they're hot and follows up with the sales team, getting more leads on discovery calls, faster.
