Easy to use for reps and managers - good integrations

What do you like best?

Being able to update my forecast with modified dates and details in bulk without having to go one by one in Salesforce opportunities. The predictive capabilities of the platform, which give you a range at which it believes a salesperson will finish a fiscal period (quarter, for example), is very helpful as well.

What do you dislike?

It is possible for the Clari admin (a customer's Clari admin) to lock certain fields. Some of those make sense, some do not. A good conversation with the Clari admin and sales leadership will help to maintain Clari's status as a productivity tool and good predictive model.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The only problems I have experienced with Clari have been around fields being locked. The platform itself is resilient and incredibly easy to learn. Apart from the time savings, the predictive features of Clari allow me to see if what I am forecasting appears to be realistic. This helps my manager and I to have productive conversations around the validity of my forecasted number.
