What do you like best?
The user-friendliness, it's features and BY FAR the best customer service I've had with any kind of company in this specific field. Other companies have often treated me like a number, but Nicholas Duckworth and Dan Cleary (my representative and the VP of Business Development) have personally made it their mission that I'm 100% stablished properly so I can do the very best possible with my business. I can not rave enough of how much time and grief will Chasedata save me in the future, it's my #1 software of choice when it comes to dialers HANDS DOWN.
What do you dislike?
Nothing bad to say AT ALL. The software is absolutely fantastic as it is, and I say this as a first hand experience user. For any "issue" or problem i've encountered, Nick has given me an extremely efficient solution (most of the times an automated one by the software) that has been like the holy grail.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to measure and manage employees properly. Also having the proper tools to maximize every single ounce of productivity from my calling room. For every little thing I do that consumes my time, Nick Duckworth has told me a solution that will literally save me HUNDREDS of work hours in the future... the software is the most automated beautiful tool i've ever found... basically, once I fully set it up, I only need extremely minimum maintenance to make sure it works WAY BETTER than many other options I researched and used before Chasedata.
