What do you like best?

As a non-HR professional, but as an operational leader who is deeply involved in team and org planning, I really loved how accessible and seamless ChartHop makes all things related to people and org management. I was able to visualize my org chart in multiple different scenarios, streamline growth plans, and cut down my planning time by hours upon hours.

What do you dislike?

No big criticisms-- all of the parts of the platform that weren't immediately intuitive to me were resolved with some quick support.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highly recommend for the broader org to use this-- you can get a lot more out of it when you collaborate across teams.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Org structure, compensation planning, reporting structure.

One of the major benefits I hadn't anticipated was the ability to visualize org growth over time-- I can make immediate plans that are tied to longer-term growth plans and easily visualize all of the changes.
