What do you like best?

Channels is a software that has really made it applicable for us to get the best CRM (Customer Relationship Management )solution. We have used bundles of software so far but were never as satisfied as we are by using channels. It has enabled us in doing our business with more professionalism with its variety of features which basically includes data security, schedule making, and organization of various appointments, and also aided us in managing the automated workflow. Considering all this I can say that it helped us a lot in boosting our business with its practical CRM solutions.

What do you dislike?

With my mediocre business, It was really expensive for us. So I think they should decrease its price so everyone no matter if someone belongs to small, medium or large scale businesses, can be equally benefited from it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

According to me, the points I have mentioned above are 1/4th part of how much I am benefitted from it. It is a wonderful software with a variety of features that resulted in boosting our business. I have found it as a complete and perfect Software which gives 100% practical solutions to manage a business.With Channels, we can not only keep an eye on our business progress but can also consider the key performance indicator (KPI). It is well designed with a user-friendly interface.
