Excellent choice for a Teams Voice supplier
What do you like best?
Implementation went about as smooth as it could have gone. Right on schedule and the cost very reasonable.
What do you dislike?
So far, nothing. As i said, the implementation went smoothly. Issues after implementation were addressed timely and effectively. We have about 60 phone users, and our cost savings is over $1K per month. What's to dislike?
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had too many applications/suppliers for our Voice/Meetings/webinars, etc and wanted to get a single, simple interface. When Teams announced there was a Voice option we started looking for a provider. CallTower did the job!
