What do you like best?

This app is really splendid. It is easy to use than other software package. I like this app because it can track and record all of my phone calls. This app can store every phone call or messages you have ever undertaken. It has ability to add numbers is very quick without having to request assistance is a significant plus. It may be so helpful in capturing the actual info. This app is also used for online advertising which has been very useful for us.

What do you dislike?

It seems some of the information is inaccurate. It would be nice if we could have had the ability to have off hours. Few of the phone calls are obviously tracked incorrectly. Its customer services are also good and it hasn't answered any of my emails or queries asking for help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
