Perfect Solution For Our Needs

What do you like best?

Aloware is a system that is flexible and nimble enough to fit into our workflows, not force us to work around the software. We have used other providers big and small and have always found that we had to sacrifice to fit into the limitations of the software. Either they didn't have features that we needed or their platform was so clunky that it made our processes much too complex.

We shopped around and vetted a ton of companies for a long time before we settled on Aloware. With Aloware, not only do we have all the features we want, we have found a team of dedicated developers that are willing to make changes and adapt to make our processes more streamlined.

What do you dislike?

We would like to be able to edit lines in bulk, luckily the Aloware team can help do it for us whenever we need to.

The Aloware platform is so easy to use and our agents love the UI. With robust features and competitive pricing you have to consider Aloware. The best part about them is their responsive team that has been so helpful in getting set up and optimizing performance

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a contact center that is largely inbound traffic. We have enough outbound traffic that those features were also very important to us. We have been able to configure the settings so no matter what type of call hits our queue it gets handled in the proper way. We use Aloware's integration with Hubspot so that hand in hand with our CRM no matter what happens on a call we have specific sequences created so that engagement happens beyond just calls (texts, emails, etc.) automatically. When our agents call people, it automatically appears from the local number where the person is from. If people don't answer, we use their voicemail drop feature to keep our agents streamlined and efficient.
