Well worth the wait.

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the initial setup was great. We had a pretty limited amount of content we were looking to kick off the platform with but once we got to building and realized just how easy it was, we significantly expanded our initial build, which has been a real hit with our sales team.

What do you dislike?

There is very little not to like about the platform. It performs as promised and the adoption so far has been very solid.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Sharepoint as our document repository, and it is a nightmare for our sales team to find the tools they need. One of our use cases with Allego is to use it as a front end to Sharpoint, so when a rep is looking for a resource, they come to Allego, which is so much more intuitive, and we direct them to the resource from there. The sales team is delighted.

We are also using the platform to automate the onboarding process for new hires. This allows us to deliver content that we usually spend hours of our boot camps delivering, freeing up time for more strategic discussions and role-plays when bringing the group together for their new hire bootcamp.

The sharing of Best Practices and Success Stories is also a big focus for us. As a distributed sales force, our teams rarely hear about the good things happening outside their regions. Allego gives us the ability to socialize our tribal knowledge across the entire salesforce.
