What do you like best?

Detective was instrumental in automating prospecting and call research. The team is very friendly and responsive and did a great job implementing it in a way that worked for us. The customization ability they have is amazing.

What do you dislike?

Because it is a manual implementation process, your team has to accurately communicate what they need from Detective. Also, since it relies on Salesforce data it can struggle due to poor data integrity in your SFDC instance.

Really communicate with the team during implementation to make sure you have everything you need from it

Detective has helped us save time prospecting and finding unique account triggers to make prospects willing to take a meeting. This has streamlined our processes and made us more efficient
