What do you like best?
The ease of use and that a company has the ability to tailor the performance reviews of not only the company but for each position as it relates to the companies core values and beliefs and how well are your employees meeting those standards.
What do you dislike?
The organizational chart display could be revamped a little in terms of useable but it is good to use if you are in a pinch to have to create something immediately
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For our organization creating a system which allowed us to better manage when performance evaluations were completed and making the entire process digital.
