What do you like best?
In a market of multiple employee engagement tools, "FeedbackSocially" breaks all the barriers which we were facing earlier with many different tools used for employee engagement. Quite innovative thought process used to increase employee engagement and to involve each one of them effectively and extracting out the best which will be best for the project they are handling as well as it will be great for the organization's growth. This creates a great impact on the organization's value in the market.
What do you dislike?
I would not say that I dislike anything about "FeedbackSocially" but yes if I had to say something about the dislike about this I would say that the whole process of goal setting is not operated to a personal individual's capacity. This whole structure should be created according to one individual's credibility and capacity.

I would greatly recommend using this platform FeedbackSocially to all the organizations in the market-facing big numbers of attrition or lacking their employee's trust somewhere. This platform gives you a great opportunity to tackle these simple yet big problems inside the organization.

The best part of "FeedbackSocially" is that it lesser out the gaps between employees as it gives an ample way to get the employees engaged with one another on a particular task, assigning them a job which is not an individual's responsibility alone as it always has tasks which can't be completed without teamwork.
