The most complete lead management platform i've seen.
What do you like best?
Convertr is able to support the many variants of strategies we implement for our clients. The technicaly flexibility is incredible, and although it does help to have an understanding, can be simple to use. It also allows us to set-up and leave campaigns, delivering the lead data immediately and ensuring accuracy in many data points.
What do you dislike?
As with any platform of this type, i'd like the ability to bulk edit data, but after discussin this with the Convertr team I understand that ability would impact Data Protection Policies. I like that the platform covers us fully, in that way, and there are ways around this while ensuring we're legally covered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be worried if it seems too technical. The team are incredibly supportive getting admins on board, as well as when queries are raised. They also provide a fully managed service, when you don't have the right internal support but once you begin using the platform you or your teams will soon become familiar.
