Good customer service

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the way that the customer service representatives had tried to build close relationships with their customers. They tried to help solve whatever problems they were given and tried to troubleshoot the issues. usually the problems were resolved very quickly and were able to make any changes to the system. They were very helpful in trying to pinpoint the issue right away. Sometimes, it did take additional people to try and determine what the problem was.

What do you dislike?

Although the customer service was great, it did sometimes take a while for the reps to figure out exactly what the problem was. Once the problem was pinpointed, it was solved relatively quickly. However, getting to the problem sometimes could take a while. The customer call service was otherwise very friendly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would do your research before purchasing this product. It can help in a lot of different ways.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I previously used Ysance as a problem solving tool for applicants and to help use for the company all around. I came in to the product as a user and had no problem using the dashboard and all of its components. There are a lot of things that can be achieved by Ysance and we were only using a small portion of the available tools. I think as the business grew, it could have been utilized more often, but I only used it for a small piece of information that I was needing. As an HR person, it is nice to have additional tools to work with.
