Totango has made our customer interactions better

What do you like best?

I like the segmentation engine. The ability to group and segment the information allows us to look at our business in different manners. The other thing I like is that Totango is great about listening to their customers and hearing their recommendations and making them a reality.

What do you dislike?

I really wish I could create tasks/success plays to fire when a previous one has been completed. Because you can't do this, this has made our instance a bit of a mess with all the attributes we have created to ensure we are not firing a task until we really want it to fire.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to touch more customers without the need to have more people. It allows us to better qualify and quantify when/what customer interactions we should be having and are having. Through the use of campaigns, we are also able to do more tech touch with customers and free up our resource time to focus where we need our team to be. Implementing Totango has been a work in progress and the great thing is we get a lot of benefits today but find new ways each day to continue to grow our customer engagement.
